did this just happen on it's own or did you mess with the engine?

as of right now i'd say there's a problem with your distributer, distributer cap and or router. it could be as simple as a bad connection, warn router or as bad as dead distributer.

timing being off wouldn't give you a weak spark. i'm not saying that's not the problem though.

Check for air leaks, bad connections, leaky injectors. Also bad or old fuel

Ok so tonight i tried again........still nuthin...and everythings new...new plugs wires, rotor button, distributor cap, you know what a car sounds like when its not firing? its just turning and turning....now i loosened the distributor bolts and turned it a lil either way while turning the key....and it acts like it wants to start when i wiggle the distributor....and i hear a lil squeak...anyway to test the distributor?? Its really expensive to replace but if every thing else is brand new.....it could only be that right?? like i said before the other times i got the car to crank it would run fine.....then not start

the distributer only has one plug that is right in front of the engine. did you look to see if any injectors were leaking like charles suggested?

also you should check the resistance on your coil if you haven't already.

gotta be timing, i have the ka24de, it would turn, barely run if i held the gas down then shut off....

i had to go on gear tooth at a time....put it at tdc, and make sure rotor was pointing to #1 cylinder and put everything back, try starting it...and if it didn't work did it all over again until i found the right position....it was time consuming...

but i say timing...don't give up too easily...
