greddy speed limiter cut controller

Hey I have the newer version of the greddy speed cut controller from phase2motertrend http://www.store.yahoo.com/phase2mot...splicuts.html.
But I have a problem! It came with all japanese instructions. I have some friends that know a lil bit about ecus and stuff but I cant trust them 100 percent yet. Well can it go into the ka24de cuz the guy at phase2 said it could. how can I put it in?

If the guy at p2 said it'll work with a KA24De, then why not give him a call and ask how to do it? They do motor swaps etc. so they should know their stuff.

Then again, not to burst your bubble or anything, but you could have installed a speed limiter cut switch for $3, not $70+

My question is does it leave the speedometer active? The switch works nice but it would be kick ass to have my speedo working at the same time.
