Idle problems... again

Okay... I cleaned the IACV thoroughly. I had the whole thing apart and got that thing looking like new, reinstalled it, adjusted the idle and everything seemed fine... or a while. When the car is cold it idles like its supposed to to while warming up, that i know is normal. After it is warmed up the idle will jump every now and then and sometimes surge, usually 1200 to about 1800 rpms. And here is the real ass-kicker, it doesn't do it all the time, sometimes, it runs great with no problems. I can rev it up and the idle drops right back down where it's supposed to. Any ideas? :dunno:

loose wire to a sensor?

TPS, or temperature sensor.
