Oil Change

what is the recommended mileage for an oil change?

most manufactures recommend 3k
but i change mine every 2000 or monthly
which ever comes first.
especially because i rev hard.
and in the summer i change it every few weeks...
just so my sh!t is clean and can do it's work.

you guys think i'm, being anal about oil changes?

Every 3k miles or every 3 monthes. Do it more often if you don't warm up your car and do a lot of cold driving.
