does anyone know if a header for a s14 will fit a s13?

how about a s13 tranny onto a s14?

 

Im quite sure the bolt pattern is the same. Only doubt i would have is the tube length, such as whether the tubes go down far enough to clear the firewall before the collector pipe. If they do go down far enough they would also have to be long enough to reach the cat/mid pipe area, But thats a simple fix if there not just have a piece of pipe flanged to extend it.
