Tranny problem? Help please.

This is a bit long to describe, i'll be as clear as I can.

There's a power loss in my car that is driving me nuts. I don't know what it is. The problem is that there's a "lag" everytime I shift gears in my car, for example: I take off in first gear, at 5,000 RPMs I would shift into second, I hear the engine kick in, but I don't feel the power. The RPM needle stays at 5,000 rpms for a little bit, then it will beggin to accelerate. it feels like the car hesitates. It beggan doing this from one day to the next, it wasn't gradual. I used burn rubber in 2nd gear and feel the power throw me back in the seat as I slammed it, but not anymore. I already replaced WHOLE exhaust system, replaced o2 sensors, replaced the clutch. no check ingine lights. THe power loss can be felt in 2nd gear the most. my engine mounts aren't good anymore so they will be replaced soon. My car has 55,800 miles on it. I just don't know what the problem is, it's driving me crazy! Can anyone help my poor miserable @ss? THX!!!

Have you checked your MAF?

Sounds like a Fuel problem to me.

I checked the MAF like 2 weeks ago. I took it off and expected to find some dirt, but to my surprise it was amazingly clean. I can't see any dirt on it at all. What are some signs that the MAF can be bad? I think my air temperature sensor (that little thing that's attached to the MAF with 2 screws and has a transistor-looking thing) isn't working, but I heard that it doesn't affect performance though. WHat's a good way to clean it anyways? thx Jinxy!
