ok so first off, my car has the ability to run fine and amazingly. last night it was a cool night here in jersey and so my car ran nice. it also carried me and my brother and our stuff from arkansas to new jersey with no problems.

i have a couple problems with the car tho. #1 its running hot. i dont have a coolant overflow container. the one i have is holier than the pope. idk if this is a cause of my heat problems. i have an altima fan swap done to mine so it should cool nicely. i have replaced the thermostat and the coolant temp sensor. my coolant was bled with the front end up in the air and until coolant leaked out of the little bleed screw. also, i replaced the water pump about two months ago. doubt thats bad. my rad is brand new too.

#2 my temp gauge inside my car jumps all over the place. i thought it was the temp sensor that has the two wires coming off of it and a red cap. still my temp shoots all over the place. im assuming its running hot because the heat, when its on, is really really freakin hot at low and kinda high rpms.

#3 my car idles at 1500 rpms for god knows what reason. it used to idle low before i drove it to new jersey. it only idles that high when im at a complete stop. when im coasting with the car in neutral it idles at 1000rpm which i know is decent for a kade because they love to have the rpms dive bomb when u let off the gas, i replaced the o2 sensor located in the headers before the long drive and i read somewhere that your coolant temp sensor, if bad, will ruin an o2 sensor. so idk if maybe the o2 sensor is bad now causing the high idle.

any help will be greatly appreciated guys. im poor and i need to go to work. i need my koop runnin like a deer. my car isnt shooting out any smoke and my coolant is green like new coolant. thanks guys and long live club240.com
