Where's Clinton? How are the cops out there? Are they as bad as the staties around here? Any nice places to drive/mess around?

Well the cops down here dont really like me too much, because we race around alot, but there are some really nice places to drive down here.

Also, the cops down here arent too bad if they dont really know you, most of the time you can get away with a warning
