Spawn a rhino and use the tank to spank them all down. That should work. Haven't gotten there yet, was busy yesterday.

the thing is you go to the phone and a guy tells you to dead all these guys. you have like 7 or 8 min.
but you can olny know one at a time. follow the blip
the tank would probaly be too slow cuz some of the guys are in cars,runnin scared.
i be tryin to creep up on em and flame throw the car. but they must have a 6th sense, see me and run.

you got to use a bike. a super bike if you can fet one. that way you can shoot the cars stright ahead of you. the last guy is on a bike and is super quick.

At first I didn't like it as much as GTA3, but now: THE GAME OWNZ ME!!! That game is ****ing awesome! My friends and I can't stop playing. Too bad their dumbasses stayed up until like 5am last night trying to get the stupid helicopter , how come it is not always there ?

Uhm it's the Vice City Police Department in the West part of the city. You go around the building and climb up onto the roof and TRY and get the ****er.
