yes..that was on I-95 North ..past Baltimore.

The sad thing is that I see a lot of cars with this kind of taste. I dont know..whatever floats their boat.

I used to work down the road from there at the Goddard Space Flight Center when I was back in the US. That area has some of the worst drivers I have ever seen. Also got some very high insurance rates to match.
