Now come on if your going to drain somebodies oil out of their car then everyone knows your supposed to ram a candle in the drain hole. That way your a long long ways away with witnesses doing something else when they drive their car. The oil gets hot, melts the candle and there goes the oil.
Start mailing the requested information about living with an STD to her care of her office's mail system.
Get her a nice online personals ad with her home phone, work phone and home address on it.
Loosen some lugnuts up on her car.
Report her for selling drugs.
Next time you move get the rental agreement in somebody else's name like one of your parents then use a generic mailboxes etc box for your mailing address, change the phone number to unlisted and don't just transfer your number to your new place.
Get a new license plate from DMV and give them your parents address for a mailing address.
