haha not a problem i was tired as well im reading it now it does not make THAT much sence, i was completly burt out just finished an exam i was on here reading etc but then i went to sleep right after (if this makes sence iunno) i just woke up


I meant i will take the picture to a shop and see if they can copy it for me, cause i really dig the shirt. UNless Cape has the print sheet to make it easier.

Benching does build chest. However, it also builds a full upper-body muscle group depending on the grip and inclination of the press.

The bench comment had nothing to do with fore-arms .. it was referring to the fact that not many gay guys ( i don't think ) lift THAT much weight. lol
