suadi "drifting"

i'm sure we've all seen it so i won't post a link and sound like i'm advocating this type of reckless endangerment of others. but recently i saw a clip of this so called "drifting". the driver of the car kept burring out and just being an idiot like all the rest of these street "drifters". the difference however was that he kept doing this in front of a patrol car.

i've looked around and haven't found an answer to my question which is, are there any laws concerning this type of behavior in saudi arabia, and if so are they just not worth enforcing?

no sir there is not.. those guys who you see are actually wealthy people.. what little law they have there is over looked when money comes into play.,. here in Kuwait its like that.. you have princess and kings... they are like our senators, but they dont hide the fact that they make the money.

just as i figured money gives you the right to do whatever you want.
so my next question is, if they have soooooo much money why dose it seem like their cars of choice are hyundais? most of the clips i've seen have them or toyotas. i've seen the wrecks of cars ranging from a lexus to a lamborghini but only the aftermath is shown.
