Wheelbase

I guess I'd just like someone to explain to me if a long or short wheelbase denotes a better handling car...or that it doesn't matter...and why

IIRC longer wheelbase is better for straight line stability, while a shorter wheelbase will give a more twitchy, but responsive turn in. think about long vs. short surfboards.

All right makes sense , then where is the hypothetical 'sweet spot' 95? 100? 110? Or where do you think it starts to get too long?

Alright, did some research...that was probably a dumb question...
The Aston Martin DBS has the closest dimensions to that of the Gen coupe; there aren't many cars with a wheelbase that long

you have to factor in the width too, otherwise the wheelbase tells you little
