where to get cool avatars?

where to get cool avatars?
I see people with rad avatars, like drifting ones and 180sx with flashy lights and stuff. Where do i get them?

yeah, i did search and looked through all different kinds of avatar sites. None had anything cool.

I made my old one that I use for AIM. I took a pic of my car and just added lights flipping up and down. Do you have photoshop?
