DESCRIPTION:
Has minor wear from being a used wheel but it is nothing serious, on a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, I'd say its an 8. Includes old school Nismo horn button as well.

No hub sorry, I'm going to still be using mine.

what size is the steering wheel

It's the same size as the stock wheel, not sure what the measurements are.
