91 Fastback FS, throwing in the towel

Im selling my 91 240sx hatch. Shes got a 95 motor in her that needs rings at the very least. Ive exhausted all my funds putting this car back together, and having it STILL not in a driveable state kills me. nough about that.. heres a lit of pros and cons

PROS
Brand new (yes, brand new 0 miles) DC header, B&M shifter (never installed), New clutch set...

Shes black with a mostly straight body
Tein S-Tech springs
Pacesetter exhaust
Tinted windows
Has 2awg wire run in it for an amp
Blacked out front turn signals and sidemarkers (still light up too!)
H4 conversion headlights
Fog lights
All emissions removed
High flow cat/resonator
91 intake cam
all new ignition tuneup pieces
7 Spoke alloys in good shape with good tires.
AC works, not brand new, but she cools.
Cons
She needs rings
Needs a driver's fender
Needs a dent filled in in the driver's door
Couple interior pieces missing int he rear hatch area
TC rod bushings need replacing
AC could use some freon, but she cools
AC needs a tensioner pulley

Other than that either i forgot it, or it isnt important
Ill try to get pics up ASAP, shoot me an offer.. im just going to buy my old acura legend back from my dad and fix the clutch in it. Im tired of my 240's attitude toward life.. After spending so much time and money on it, and wasting other peoples' time helping me with it makes me feel like a retard and now i just want it gone. LMK if you have any questions.

I would like to get $1500 for it... because there is over $1700 in parts that went into it this weekend, so they have 0 miles..and at that point its like getting a shell for free.. Ill try to get some pics today> i have a couple cameraphone pics though.

ok, so whats actually causing it to not run? or is that what you cant figure out? I see it needs new rings, how do you know this if it hasnt ran yet? was the 95 motor put in and it hasnt started since or what?

It does run, i just wouldnt drive it the way it runs. #4 was 140 on compression #3 was 145, and both 1 and 2 were 150. Low compression numbers.

Im going to try to see what i can do about the compression numbers. Being that the motor sat up so long, it may jst be a stuck ring or soemthing dumb like that. Or ill try to see what products out there might help the compression numbers.

ok, well i would like to get a few more pics, preferably of the damage on the car as well as an interior shot.. where were u from again? slidell or lafayette or something like that right? im definately interested in the vehicle so let me know what you figure out or whatever, thanks..

Ill get my camera back from my buddy this week. I need to reassemble the interior, as i re-covered the door panel inserts and the glove box and custom painted a few pieces. I also need to take out all the misc boxes that my parts came in.

Selling the car is pending on wether or not my dad gives me a hard time helping with the rebuild of my old motor. New rings ftw.
