DESCRIPTION: Scrapping my S13 kouki project and am going with the S15 instead. The blacktop is in great condition and all cylinders tested great for compression. Is still wrapped as it was originally from Japan and hasnt been touched except to test compression. Motor is still sitting in the warehouse and startup of motor is completely warrantied.
