I live in PA but I'm almost willing to help. I had a guy take me for 1,500 through ebay. And I did everything correctly... filled a complaint, got his paypal account frozen, won the paypal's verdict, and I still have never seen my money back. The frucker lives about 10 hours away... I hope he gets a$$ raped by humpback whales.
