first post ever.

Hi everyone im new to the forum, this is my first post. but i have been reading just about everything on it for the past few weeks and any information i could find on 240sx anywhere for the past few months while im saving up for my own. but ive liked this forum the most so i figured id just sign up. probly within a month ill have the money and start looking for one, a s13 coupe is what im pretty set on getting. i want to save up enough to do a sr20det swap before i even put it on the road but i dont know if ill be able to wait that long.. but even if you dont see me posting up here to much ill still be reading it all but when i get my car ill defintely be posting.

oh yea my current automobile is an 83 chevy van, it was my first car i was planning on making it into the A-TEAM van since its the same exact van, i did the wheels but thats just about it trying to sell it for money towards a 240 if anyone is interested or knows anyone that needs a van. got pics if anyone is interested.

Well glad to see you enjoy the site and as I said in other threads what part of NY are you from. If you are from NYC then check out the NE thread where we have meets. You can still come even though you don't have a 240 yet. Always good to get advice before the purchase and all.

sorry. its kool that you drive that van. i wanna get one of the old VW vans from like the 60's or the 70's and make it my own personal "mystery machine" and smog that hoe out when i go on vacation

haha a club 240 van would be cool, but to bad i gots to sell it for money towards a 240.. malicex yea i live like 5 minutes from nassau community college, nexttime im online ill try talking to youguys.

Welcome to the site.

I would love to see some more coupes at the meets. There aren't too many.

I started with enough for the SR as well as the car but spent it on parts.

Now I am working on getting that SR.

Hey dennis, great to have you on. Good luck with finding the coupe, i'll keep an eye out for ya. Just please... as one 240 owner to a future 240 owner... don't be stupid if you do get that motor, we tend to be light in the rear sometimes, an sr20 would def have its toll on a new 240 driver. GOOD LUCK though! dont be afraid to post!
