Hey guys, my name is mark. I live in New Hampshire ( yes it is below freezing right now) and i have 2 s13's. The first one is a black 93 hatch that i spent about a month fixing, mostly electrical stuff and the e-brake cable. I had it on the road for about 2 weeks and got T-boned by an 83 year old lady. I had no collision insurance ( lesson learned) so i went out and bought another 93 hatch for $500 that was in decent condition, but had 225k on it and an auto tranny. So now i'm about halfway through swapping the engine and manual tranny out of the crashed car and into the new one.

i'm into drifting and touge, theres some nice roads around here. Plus it rains like every week :D.

Mods before i get the car on the road:
-new clutch
-eliminate clutch dampner(already done on the first one)
-sleepy eyes (already done on the first one)
-Tein S.tech
-KYB GR-2 ( im poor)

btw- this site has been a tremendous help through all of my 240sx (mis)adventures :thumb:

Sucks about the T-bone :tear: . But at least you were able to find a shell for a good price and since your swapping the enignes you probably are pretty knowledgable around cars. Or your just hoping you'll get really really lucky and everything will go perfectly :D. Welcome!!

Thanks guys, I have a lot of help from my dad. He's done a few engine swaps before, but never fuel injected. I think we can pull it off without huge problems. I've done suspension, brakes, motor mounts, and headers on a mk3 Golf. Since its the same engine it should just be a matter of taking everything out and putting the new stuff in the right way. Wiring for the tranny might be interesting though.
