Need Some Help
Hey guys, I've been trying to decide over about the past 6 months about what swap to do in my car. Ive narrowed it down to either an SR or a turbo Ka...I have been told the Ka has more tourque...Im just looking for peoples opinions...If anyone has any suggestions pls let me know it's greatly appreciated
Keep in mind that a KA-T can be put together for much cheaper than an SR swap. By the way I have to say that beating it with sandpaper doesnt, nor ever would, sound like a good idea.
If you are going to d othe KA-T make sure you do it right and get the best parts you can afford. If you skimp on parts you will be like all the others that did the KA-T and then went SR. In the end my opinion is go SR.
^^^ what you mean buying boost controllers in **** and upping the boost.. don't blame stupidity for the reason of going out to get an sr... 2 year going strong and no you don't have to buy greedy this and that. check out the KA-t section sir.
most people who scream sr have no mechanical ability at all.
if i sound rude im not, i just hate when people shoot out stuff and seem to know nothing. i have worked with/been around every major swap and drove most of them, i can speak on it.

Yeah Man.
A Motor is a Motor, it is user preference. And as the saying goes "Speed All Depends on the Amount of Money you have, how fast do you want to go?"
.....Or something like that lawlz I forget. Bottom Line is both the KA and the SR are cool motors. I own both and plan on having fun with both. And there is nothing wrong with staying N/A either.
