got my240 and its not running full 8 lbs of boost!? the guy made a ka-t set up and never tuned the car this maybe be the problem. Also the car seems loose when we get on it? loose motor mounts?

Can you give a little more of a description of loose?

 

shaky loose? slipping loose? too much power loose? early peak loose/slow?

 

sorry.. when we shift on top of rpms feels like it clunks or jerks. Also about the boost. The guy installed a mits td-06 turbo greddy fuel rail 550cc injecotrs greddy piggy back computer and he said he called greddy and said they said you will not need a tune if u add there piggyback computer!? Pretty sure if you bolt on a turbo system to a ka motor you will need it to be tuned by a professional atleast once right?

seems like a injector problem/tuning problem.

and just to make sure..check the turbo for any play in it.
