Talking Newbie

Hey, Im looking into buying my first 240 pretty soon so I thought I would join the boards here. I've been a long time member on Altimas.net (same member name) but I just totaled my 1st gen Altima . I am looking to spend around $2500-$3000 on a 240sx and was wondering which year/stlye I should go on that kind of budget with lots of modding plans in mind. Thanks
-Peter

Welcome to the boards.
With a budget of 2500-3k, you can buy yourself a nice S13. And might have somemoney left over for a couple upgrades. Good luck

yes, S13 is the way to go. To start with an S14, you're looking in the 4k-up range for the car alone.

Welcome to the boards too

Well the S14 is roomy enough for um... with a 5'8" girl.

hehehe, honestly I dont care about room. Im sick of having a 4 door grochery getter that people constantly want me to give them rides in. I want a nice two door with no leg room in the back.

I guess it all depends on how tall you are... or your girl
