You ever stare straight down the barrel of a gun?

Should be the same feeling as what could happen to you soon with that question...

Search. Scroll Down. Maybe rejoin under a different name.

Welcome, though. Plenty of already discussed info for your post.

Yes.
There are turboz and nawz for the KA.

www.KA-T.org
Splooge all over that.

The basic setup is a stock turbo from the SR20DET (The Japanese Counterpart of out KA24DE engine)

WhyTF would you say something like that? You can turbo charge any 4 stroke engine.

This thread is turning to gold

Dude you guys havent heard? They made this special new turbo that can ONLY be used on the KA24DE. If you put on any other engine ninjas will snap your neck while you sleep.

Cmon dude. Search. That question isnt even 240sx specific. Learn something about engines in general. And dont let anybody tell you there is no such thing as a stupid question. They are lying to you.

seanchris16 05-16-2007 08:23 PM

0k just wondering thought the engine was only n/a thnx though

welcome bro.. just search around a bit...

guys can you please watch the manor in which you welcome someone to the site.. customer service pays off

ryguy 05-16-2007 08:37 PM

I'm sorry biggamehit. I've been a flamer all night tonight. By that I mean I have been flaming people. I must be in a bad mood.

To Seanchris, I apologize. Welcome to the forums!

Why the **** can't you guys just answer his question with a straight answer instead of going "search, search, search" there's no reason for that. I mean, yes the question has been asked before, but if someone simply said "Yes and this is where you can find it" it would be a lot easier than telling him to search and still have him in the dark about his question.

Jeeze, I swear, I love this thread more and more every time I browse through it.

Biggamehit, you're gonna hate me...

I thought I'd just chime in--flaming can be funny at times, and can be sort of a "joke" and poking fun at someone, but like Dave said, it hardly answers the person's question.

I'm guessing the thread starter has very limited knowledge on forced induction, which is fine. You've gotta start somewhere. While KA-T.org is a GREAT F/I source to reference to, we've definitely got our own section here as well:

http://www.club240.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=78

That should be able to help cover the basics.

Airman Jackson took the time to compile this thread:

http://www.club240.com/forums/showthread.php?t=38496

This shows all the common 240 engines and what they are capable of.

Another thread on the same thing:

http://www.club240.com/forums/showthread.php?t=27024

I found this information simply by searching within the right sections. Most of them will be stickied, right up at the top. I hope you can see why using the search feature is so important! Many times, threads like this will pop up, and members who are tired of answering the same questions over and over again get fed up. That is also understandable, but we all should try to keep our composure and temperment. Help us stay sane. Please search.

If you have any questions that you cannot find the answer to after thorough searching, then feel free to post a new thread. If your question can be answered with another thread, don't be surprised if your thread is locked and/or deleted. Again, PLEASE SEARCH! Thank you! (Thank you also to everyone else for not making this a big flame thread.)
