I own a 2003 Mazdaspeed Protege and just purchased a '93 240sx convertible today actually.

I love it, although my project Protege isnt done yet Ill be starting on this car real soon.

My first mods will be CP front and rear sway bars, and new suspension, I was thinking of Tein S.Techs and KYB AGX struts, but I don't know how good the KYBs are. Dont try to talk me into coilovers, I dont like the noise.

Next I'll be doing a 5 lug conversion, and brakes of a 300zx and now rims, rims with the deepest good damn deep dish lips I can find!

BTW, to start things off, I have done a search, I am not a stranger to car forums. What the hell is HICAS? and If you would, point me in the right direction to a 240sx FAQ or something.

Found the FAQ section, looking for a list of general terms now.

 

Simply put HICAS is four wheel steering. The FAQ will have a more indepth description of what it does and how you get rid of it.
