Why build a car like that and invest so much only to sell it?

becuase i need money for my new project car a 1971 240z with a rb25det. and second ive acomplisehed everything i have set out to do with it. i.e win a few trophys,win some races,pull better than a 13.5 and get it in a magazine. so now its time to move on and i could really use the cash for my 71 datsun .
