Was just wondering if you had the part that is between the security butttin by the ignition its some sort of small part that keeps the buttin up not sure what its called but if you have it i need it thank you

 

how much do the s13 loweing springs lower and what kind are they and is it all 4 it only looked like 2?

srry I dont have that small part...
Im not really parting my car out, just some spare parts i have lieing around

The springs are sportline, and yes its for all four. they lower the car ~ 2 inches.
