I have one out of my '95 SE. Ran great even after the accident. I've been asking $300 + Shipping.

i have a motor and i live in santa ana cali. the motor if going for 375 it is of a 98 and is port and polished and i might have what ever you may need for your 240. the only problem is the motor is still in the car
