My shift **** has surpassed it's expected useful life. The leather is falling off. I'm in desperate need of a shift **** ASAP. I'm looking for something fairly cheap (less than 30-bucks, depending on brand, style, etc.) Also, I may be interested in a short throw if the price is right.

Oh, and I don't want a shift **** that has the allen key fasteners - CRAP! Don't tell me to look on ebay or reseach it because I have and couldn't find anything.
