APEXI DUAL EXHAUST vs HKS Hiper catback?
What are the pros and cons of each catback system for a natural aspirated motor. Any replys would help
Thanks Tam |
none really, they are both good products exept the duals are louder

HKS HI-POWER
I'm running the HKS on my 91' and it's awsome! Great deep tone with gutted cat, you won't regret!
|
Ive never heard the HKS one, but i have the Apexi dual.. i have people come up to me all the time about to ****t their pants saying how they like the exhaust.. stock S14 SR.. sounds great, not too loud, not too quiet.. very deep..

HKS' are really nice, good looking, great sounding

i run an HKS hiper with gutted cat and it sounds mean. not too loud BUT the canister is a cop magnet.i just got a popped for it. my buddy has got the N1 dual on his s14 and it's only a little more quiet but that's cuz it's a S14 (two cat's) and mine is gutted.
|
i have apexi n1 on mine with no cat...sounds very very loud...i think is kind of too loud for street use...
|
sorry, but what's a gutted cat?
|
gutted cat = no catalytic converter

I'm seriously lovin my Apexi Dual. Each can is a smaller than one giant one, so it looks a LITTLE bit less noticable. I love the sound of em too, real throaty and low.

|
