A/C weight loss?

Hey i heard that you can take your whole A/C system out and it will give you alot of weight loss...does anyone how much?

Its not that much...maybe like 30-40 pounds.

yeah, it's not that much, but depending on where you live it might be worth it. I'm thinking about doing so because now that i'm on the east coast I might use it twice a year, lol. Would clear up some room and help a bit.

losing 40 lbs is like freeing up 5-8hp. Add that to the 15 you'll save on the accessory belt I think it's worth it.

I live in South Florida so I might literally die w/o AC. It has been known to happen.

...5hp with 40 pounds? I dont belive it till i see it

I was thinking about taking mine out, but fear losing the defroster because my windows get foggy as hell all the time, especially when I get off work early in the morning. I have to sit there for like 10 mins till my windows get all cleared up just so i can see enough to leave
