energy suspension polyurethan bushing kits
 

lets just say the instructions are stupid ,

remove old bushing with press
saw off the inner metal ring ,

instalation is reversal of removal.

lol what bull sh!t ,

p,s if you want to install then very fast i found a way , remove old one with torch , simply burn off the old one , the inner metal ring you saw the inner one , dont swa off the outer ring cause youll simply scrap the part. then witha punch punch it out , one that done , grease up the bushing , and clap a c clamp ring on the metal peice , ill post pictures later , so that the bushing cant go anywhere else , then use a `manual press , and insert it , then slide the metal ring in it , reinstall it , super easy

i did notice a difference in the smootheness , they also include direction boot bushing with that , pasenger is a walk in the park to instal , driver is a pain in the a$$ ,


the front tension rod , i could install it cause my bolt was so rusted , i tried hammer it , torch it , slam it , drill it , hit it , throw it , nothing seems to get this thing out , so ill just buy other one and replace it .


the sway bar link kit is triky to instal , if your original link rod isint rusted there , its ok , mine broke off , use a long bolt , and use spacers , but i did not notice any real inprovment , maybee over 150km/h itll improve lol ,

they do include frame inserts , that a pile of crap , i have 2 240sx , and about 3 rear sub frame , none of the original bushing could be inserted the parts ,


but at 180$ that not worth it , that why i paid mine 50$ lol , some nowhere freind of mine had this box at his home didnt knew what it was , so i told him ill give you 50$ for it , i

the inserts do fit, just gotta grease them up so itll slide in easier. plus i do believe the rsr drift bushings are identical, unless they have specified a different polyurethane firmness other than what energy suspension uses. if you live in rough roads like socal youll notice a bump up in harshness.
