LSD in 92 240?

Hey i just bought a 93 240sx and its already got an SR20DET in it, but the other day i spotted a 240 at a junkyard and its a 92, but its an SE. Would the LSD from the junkyard 240 work with the SR20?

yes if the junkyard car was VLSD. The engine type doesn't matter as the rear diff is a seperate housing.

Ive read that if you spin one axle and the other side turns the same way, its an LSD. is that true. How else can i tell
