test pipes or resonators or catalytic converters

I have no idea wat to get. I dntknow wat the differences are an wat is better. I'm replacing my whole exhaust system because I'm getting a swap and the exhaust has a big leak so I figured I replace the whole thing. but wats better between all of these.

well what kindea motor you gettin? test pipe would yield best performance, but only by a couple hp, get a resonator if you want your car to be quieter

3in. turbo outlet, 3in. downpipe (with flex joint or get one somewhere), id do resonator for the cat, then 3in. catback...yup yup sounds good!

yea I bought a 3 in catback already. and a resonator u sed would make quieter rite. any certain brand that is good or anything stainless steel is good enough?

motegineon 09-20-2006 08:19 AM
