Hmm..Are u 0k with a lil rough ride on daily driven roads? If so go for Tein HA..Or HE if u got the money, but the HE is a lil more aggresssve. The GC setup would be good for Daily driving..but when it comse to Auto X it wont be as good as the Teins.

Which Ground Control coilovers are you talking about? If you are referring to the ones that slide over the strut body, then yes they will not be as good.

If you are referring to the Advance Design setup where the strut body is threaded (like on the Tein's) then this setup is actually very good for autocrossing. I had this setup for my Civic hatch, and it works very well.

And yes, Ground Control does use Eibach springs.

I have heard good things about the APEXi world sport damper. Offers adjustable height, but you cannot change the shock settings.

Apex are good more for daily driving and they dont have camber plates. Tein HA are good overall, the HE's are awesome. Made for hard cornering and drifting. The ride isnt to harsh, they are good for street also. Ground controls will have their day on you, they will give out.

Don't get HAs because everyone and their mother swears they are grocery getter coilovers.

If you have the money for HAs with camber plates and like the spring rates get them.

I would get the HEs I like them but just because they are good don't doubt that you cannot get busy with the HAs.

Man those cheap name brand are junk. They are junky springs with height adjustment, they SUCK. Now if there is like a special on some JIC's or HKS or TEIN coilovers then yea, get em, lol.

JIC is built a little better but also when you pay more for them. The HE's are good, but TEIN is bought by alot of people because they are still good coilovers and they run for a good price. I would love to get a set of Kei office
