Bucket seats...

I've been looking for a seat that will hold a driver in good without sacrificing comfort. I drive my 240sx daily and each time i take corners the metal lateral support keeps stabbing my kidneys LOL. Preety much i've sat in a few seats and was amazed with the RECARO speed seats or AVUS ed. I like them since it keeps a driver in preety good and is reclinable. I hear the only way to go if your going to use a bucket seat that is reclinable would be the bride series or one particular seat that sparco makes (forgot the name) . Also the non adjustable bucket seats are good too but this car is my daily driver so just need some opinions if anyones running with a aftermarket seat. Basically whats your opinion on seats and what type of seats. Thanks!

my friend has a ractive seat, reclinable, and it feels pretty good. Holds you in good also.
I think its from their new line called evotion.
We did a 5hr drive from miami to ocala and he didn't complain.

Red face

Bucket seats are nice, but the adjustable ones are too pricey for me.

However, I did modify my side bolsters to be inward, and removed the top back support spring.

For a stock seat, it holds pretty tight.

if cash is a concern take the leather seats out of a s14 or if you have a little bit more dough than that scrubby *** job than call superior nissan in cali or motorex and see if they have any stock r32 seats available. even if they are not out of the gt-r they will bolt to your lumpy *** floorpan (watch out because many aftermarket seats will have trouble bolting to the 240 floor) and be less used because the usdm driver side is the jdm pass. side. good luck!

I like non adjustable bucket seats because of the overall look but I know they may not be the most comfortable type. I really like the BLITZ seats that Nomuken has in his ER34 Driftcar.

If the car is gonna be daily driven, I think Adjustable with nice padding is gonna be the best.

Look for s15 seats Thats what im looking for. S14 seats will also work much better than the cheap @$$ seats in our s13s. Sparco is usually good and also expen$ive
