91 hatch super charger build

hey guys i figure ill move over from the newb area i was in.
i have a 1991 hatch. maroon. with around 200,000 on the body. and around 75k on the rebuilt motor.

i have thought pretty far into a few options. esp a vq swap because i have one sitting in my garage. ive owned cars, trucks, bikes. massive hp, and a lot of torque. but i have not owned anything boosted.

i like turbos, free hp is nice. but a lot of turbos i see arent reliable in my eyes, and i dont want an sr turbo or a rb turbo. dime a dozen.

i have seen about 4 s/c s-chassis. and i wanna build one. now this is not a project that is taking off right now. this is a full build thread of. what the car came as when i bought it, until im done. the super charger is the bigger thing of what im going to do with the car.

plans as of now-reliable dd
rebuilding trans- bad syncros
frame rust
carpet
seats
windshield
battery relocation
intake to the cold side
fun stuff
5 lug swap
m62 frontier/xterra s/c
350z rims
undecided on coilovers
small system
paint and body

ill update as they happen but as of right now feb-16-2010 my truck is my priority. when the trans is done getting rebuilt and i start driving it full time the car will begin. for now its just the reliable stuff thats getting done.

comments, questions, input? oh and yeah its a decent list of stuff. but the goal here a VERY clean reliable boosted car. not body kits, no gay zip tie ****. so please dont tell me to stretch a tire as far as possible over a 10 inch wide rim. because i will make fun of you.

Supercharge? Really? I don't think I have ever seen a supercharged s-chassis.

hoping someone can chime in. i changed out my water pump and thermostat today. change went over easy, bleed was easy also.

the water pumps weep hole however just spat out some coolant. could this just be letting of pressure or did i end up getting a busted water pump?

water pump is working great!
miles to tank is back up to right around 300 maybe a little more.
i still need to do, plugs, wires, air idle control, intake to cold side.

that should get me back around a high 20s mpg. but who knows.

plugs and wires, done. ordered a dash mat.
hopefully im getting my motor sold soon, i need to get a bushing kit, and some good coils and struts. or maybe some cheap coilovers.

will eventually post more pics up. but its an ugly car right now so i dont like taking pics.
