any one know where i can get this center garnish

i saw a pic of a 180 with a nismo center garnish and i was woundering if any body knows where you can buy them

maybe he just out a Nismo decal thing on the OEM center garnish

I think it is just a decal or something, because I've never seen it before, I dont know though
