how do the springs ride? i have them sitting in my room waiting for install.. looks good what you use for the paint etc..?

Atown 240 03-08-2006 09:42 PM

they ride nice. Actually alot better then expected.

I used the Duplicolor caliper kit. I got it for $4 at meijers

get the brush not the spray

Helghast 03-08-2006 11:16 PM

so you didn't take out the calipers from the assembly..

why?

re037 03-08-2006 11:19 PM

what size tire is that?

g3bio 03-08-2006 11:25 PM

sorry i wanted to add that... you just left them on and painted them?

Bryan 03-09-2006 12:51 AM

nice

Ayuaddict 03-09-2006 12:58 AM

thank you for choosing a tasteful color rather than bright red or blue or even worse yellow.

Atown 240 03-09-2006 07:43 AM

1st. You dont need to take it off because you paint it with a brush. You dont have to worry about getting paint anywhere.

2nd. The rim is a 17x7 cant remember the size of the tire. I think it's 215/25

yeah my car is all pretty much white and black. I got a black roof and coming up is a black hood. Only my engine bay has blue in it.

What do you guys think, i'm thinking of painting my hood black and painting the flip ups partially to look kind of like the s15 when they are down.

I've seen someone photoshop it and it looks pretty badass. Ill see if i can post one up.

wheels look better, now you can sell them for more to get some decent offset ones :thumb: IMO i think you should stick with either painting the whole light covers or not painting them at all.

Bryan 03-09-2006 01:17 PM

wheels def look alot better, I'd say stick with white headlight covers though

Atown 240 03-09-2006 02:05 PM

thanks for the comments, not sure on wat i'm doin with the headlights.
