Brought home another S13!!

Well, Long story short, I had an s13 with an sr in it, wrecked it, fixed it and then sold it . I bought a truck and Hate it, I came across this 240, it was a buddy of mines, picked it up for a $150 bucks . What a steal right? Typical rust on the rails, and a few spots around the body, went to drive it home, but the fuel pump wasn't turning on, no biggie, just had to go get the flatbed! But anyways, I'mmm bbaacckkk!!! Here are the pics!!

It is an automatic, How hard is it to swap it out, and is it worth it to tear the KA down, and build for boost? Or just buy an SR again?? Thanks Everyone!

Yeah I liked the SR, But I've been searching around and looking a KA-T stuff, I think I would enjoy it a lot more.. All of my buddies have built SR's.. But I personally feel that they are all the same, I think if you build a KA right, it could be a lot more fun.. What is your set-up, whp, components.. if it's not to much to ask of course?
