Its supposed to snow again tonight and my buddy with an evo is off tomorrow, so maybe we can go out and get some action shots either late tonight or tomorrow afternoon if we can find a place thats secluded enough and not get arrested!

How the hell did you drive your car in the snow and not get salt all over it?

They try not to use salt out here that much as there are a lot of people that retire here from Silicon Valley and drive in the snow in their Porsche Cayenne Turbos and other expensive exotics. Also i stuck mainly to hwy's and major roads, so any salt that may have been left should have been picked up by other people. The pics were taken sorta in a back road type area that doesnt see much attention from the snow plows. Im going to a pressure wash car wash tomorrow and spraying the car down and than putting a nice thick layer of wax as i havent put any on in a few months and want to make sure its protected!

lol yeah, the highways should have MORE salt than other roads, it can be 5 days after they salted and completely dry out and i still get completely plastered in salt.

Im really not looking forward to it if they start using a boatload of salt . Planning on picking up about 300+ dollars worth of polishes, waxes, an ultimate detailing machine and pads, along with other interior/exterior stuff and a DAMN good under carriage cleaner!

miami ftw no snow= no salt lol funny cause im on the Evom forums alot and im in a evo car club yep with my 240 lol but were all buddies i was gona get a STi then i kinda grew into Bimmers... damn you stig so no im getting either a used 540i or 740i but every time i hear a wrx/sti pass by i makes me want one again lol anyway nice Evo and welcome to our forums hope you like it here

Thanks and Bimmers are amazing cars! My buddys stock M3 rapped me on the HWY. To be honest i wanted to get a STi, but couldnt afford it and almost bought a WRX. I found this Evo for the same price as the WRX i was looking at, took a test drive and was hooked!

Damn that's a hell of a deal. A wrx for the same price as an evo.

I kinda miss the snow but won't miss it that much after I come back from pittsburgh in a couple weeks.
