he bought paint, theres taillight paint that will do that. they should sell it in any shop.

go to a hobbie shop.. ask for translucent red 'candy apple red' or 'cherry red' i forgot which one.. get 'testors' >> thats the brand.. and dont forget the clear coat!! makes the red not fade as fast..
