how much carbon fiber is too much carbon fiber??
 

is there an actual limit to having carbon fiber on/in your car? i was thinkin of actually making a carbon fiber center rear garnish were the reverse lights are.. my car is 'silvia blue' (midnight blueish/purpleish) :laugh: what do you guys think??

LOL!! i guess it might be a preference but id say there's never enough carbon fiber, hell if i could take any body part and have it carbon fiber i most certainly would..who wouldnt want to lose tons of weight and look good doing it...

if cf wasn't safe y whould they use it on f1 cars that have the toughest crash standards in all of motorsports. it just depends who makes it and how many layers it is:cool:

Yea i guess it does matter on how many layers..and the body of F1 cars are CF? They dont look like it..or wut part of F1 cars use CF?

pretty much the whole body is CF or a composite of it...also, many of the suspension pieces like linkage, are also CF...

they also have carbon fiber brake rotors and all that b.s. i hear somebody is making cf rims, but i believe that is just rumors. but they have cf rims for motorcycles
