Oh wait, thats just the parts car... Here's the diamond in the rough...





I've got a lot of work to do to the car. Going to be swapping out the interior (parts car is a lot cleaner inside), swapping out the engine, possibly swapping the trunk lid (can't decide if I want a spoiler or not yet), and swapping out the rear bumper if its not damaged on the parts car.

Yea yea, the car is DIRTY. It's been sitting for the past 2-3 months and needs a really good cleaning. Going to have the windows retinted, and just over all detail the car.

Comments? The good, the bad, and the ugly. All are welcome. This will be my clean daily driver on my days off work.

You mean wheels? A rim is only part of the wheel. I don't think I can replace just the rim.

Yea, I can check the door jamb, but if someone knew off the top of their head is kind of what I was looking for. Just the name of the color.


Yea, I'm not too keen on the coffee can muffler myself. And since it is a stock engine, proably what I'll do.

haha, i changed my mind and decided to go with a zenki ... essentially the same car, and with the money i save, i could turbo it or somethin!

 

Well, they're gunmetal, but I feel your pain on the wheels. If I can find a local powdercoater that can blast and spray these wheels, they will be gold shortly.

I've had mixed feelings from many people about the trunklid with the wing. I don't think I'm going to install it. I was looking at it today, wouldn't be anything to change, but I think I'll remain wingless. Just gives the car a cleaner look I think.

I started pulling a lot of stuff out of the parts car today. And one big ticket item I have that would like to get rid of, is the steering wheel airbag. What do these sell for? I called 3 different dealerships, and was quoted from $899-989 for a replacement. But looking around eBay... I just dont know what to sell it for...
