just got this, need some input

This is my first 240, and I just wanted to get some input if I got a descent deal or not, I bought it off ebay for $5000.00what do ya think?

Mods:

internals-stock

Blitz SUS intake, Blitz LM front mount intercooler, Heavy Throttle hot pipe, Blitz dual drive BOV, Blitz 3" down pipe, Blitz Nur Spec exhaust, Koyo aluminum racing raditator, Permacool 14" electric fan, Blitz single plate active clutch and flywheel, Nismo viscous LSD, 5Zigen FN01R-C wheels in hyper black, Ventus tires 215/17 front, 235/ 17 rear, Tein HE coilover suspension.

Unfortunatly my boost controler and turbo timer were stolen however the soloniod unit for the boost controler was not so it is still on the car and it uses the stock waste gate setting, 6-7 psi.

The car also has new black carpet. The rear seat has been removed but will be included with the car. Also the stock steel wheel and tires will be included.

The paint is in fair condition and the body has a few small dings in it Nothing that wouldn't be expected on a 15 year old car.

This car runs great, has a smooth idle, and was dyno tested with 215 hp at the wheels on 91 octane running only 8 psi.

i dunno, an SR20 in a fair condition 240sx. I think 5K is more than fair as long as you don't run into any surprises like, "oh yeah i forgot to mention, The picture of the engine bay is from my friends car and the mods that I have listed are not included in the price of the car."

Edit: my bad I thought you meant like lower the cost. I couldn't figure out why you would put great deal and then that underneath it.

Yes, the first thing I am going to do to it is lower it at least 1-1/2 in. Then a/c is going back in it, then the front end conversion, then who knows. Thanks for all the input, I am glad I got a good deal. I am actually receiving the car tonight, so if there are any surprises I will find out, but I did write up a contract that if the car is not in the condition as stated in the auction I am entitled to a refund, and ebay also has insurance to cover that, so hopefully I am covered.

well the other good news is, I have this guys name, address, bank routing number and account number. I have talked to the guy a number of times and he seems real cool, even after the sale and after he had my money. If he screws me over I will find him and hurt him bad.
