haha, no my hood's been like that since I bought my car. i've sucessfuly sat on it, slept on it...and it didn't get any better or worse. I don't mind it at all actually. just adds character IMO.

It's alive again! and longest time I've ever spent on installing a Transmission...

 

Can't figure this one out..need some help here.

For my S13/SR

Battery is good to go. I swapped the battery into my S14 and it works fine and the battery out of my S14 does the same thing in my S13.

I have normal power from ACC to ON position, but when I turn the key to Crank position, the starter relay clicks once but does not crank, and loss of all electrical power[meaning even the clock on the dash turns off], and power reapplied to the car about 10 mins later. and repeats.

I can jump start the car. and it runs on it's own with power off Alternator.[about 14.7~9V's off of Alternator] After engine shut down, repeat the above cycle again.

Battery terminals and posts are clean.

Uggg...what do I do now? Need to get the car running next day so that I can go to Track on Sunday morning! HELP!

 

is the battery in the trunk?

make sure the positive cable is not broken or lose anywhere and make sure that all the grounds are on and tight

 

Problem solved.

Positive battery post terminal was bad. $3 fix.

Looks like I am going to track tomorrow.

I did add more grounds for extra ****s and giggles.

Make the Speedo work
Redo seat harness

S14:
Less camber the rear and install all suspension arms
Change Diff Fluid
Remove clutch fan and shroud
Change all belts
Service AC
Install Aluminum Radiator/E-fan
Tuck in alarm harness, way way way up out of view


Need to Buy for S14...

1 piece drive shaft T-56 yoke/NON-ABS
Oil Cooler for PS
Wilwood Clutch master cylinder/ Reclocking adapter Plate
Front Sway Bar adapter
White Line Front Sway Bar

Well, here's the list again, just to keep me in track. I got a lot done..but tons more to do! I am never going to be done. LS1 swap is on hold for now...

 

I got me a S14 subframe today for the S13.
