Have to take the comparison pics.. haha.. old turbo with new turbo

Here you can see the S15 Exhaust mani gasket... like 5 layers.. I actually stayed with the one provided by Enjuku in their kit.

The exhaust mani wasters needed to be but down some to fit.. but nothing a grinder cant fix

Oh yea.. decided to add some more air for the top end..

looking NICE on top there.. gotta bend the dipstick out of the way.. hehe

intake mani is off.. exposing innards

Fuel rail shot.. becareful when taking the rail off there are some black holders under rail to keep it up.

Fuel rail is out.. and dirty.. gotta clean it a bit before the 740s go in

well.. got it cleaned up.. put the stock injector in AFTER I cleaned it.. just to show how to get out those pesky stuck injectors

Not included on most injectors are the O-rings.. from RIGHT to LEFT.. the right one goes on bottom in inj and middle goes close to top of injector.. get some parts cleaner or something to lube up the rings to slide on easy.. last goes on the rail .. well. DUH. easy enough to figure out. hehe

Bam Injectors in Note when you take off the injector Stay.. on inside there is a small grommet kind of thing.. dont loose that.. right on!

Had small problem getting the stock fuel pres reg off the rail but nothing some heat and plyers cant fix.. gotta get 2 new screws for it now.. but here is a comparison pic tomei kit vs. stock

REAR MEMBER REMOVAL 1.01 blind monkey could do this..

On a Silvia S14 Qs vs Ks dif and member.. on the dif there are 2 bolts that go through the member. these are different spacings. FYI

well.. i already took the dif out.. so that left the propellar shaff. hanging and that allowed me to get to the E-brake wires.. unhook both of those

Take the brake line off.. either at the calipar or the fitting on the body.

Take the lower part of the shock off

take the 3 bolts off here.. in front of the rear tire

and here the big bolt in the center.. sorry for not flipping

Had a bad Boot on the drive shaft.. so took on off my Qs for the Ks

Presto..

This one came off my old car.. as you can see it is pretty dirty and has some adjustable arms!!

For all those guys wishing that they were in Japan, I wish I had all of your car knowledge 007. It's one thing to know how to do a job. It's an altogether different process to actually do it the right way the first time. Keep up the good shi7.

yea.. japan is alright and well.. girls love the white guys .. and the ones that dont want to have that one time experience to know whats its like.. haha.. but yea.. like any place you have the people who are racist and the people who are nice.. but youd almost NEVER see it or hear it so directly.. but it does happen

anyway..

well... this is a pissy load of updates.. couldnt really do much.. most was done and rain and not having the lift was causing me to be lazy and what not.. soo.. just got this done before it started raining !!

Got the wastegate and exhaust is Getting put on

Well, got the fuel rain with the Tomei FPR adapter on.. The Intake and Other junk is on battery died so I couldnt take more pics of progress.

You might not be able to see this.. but its one of the Oval front pipes NOT the round one.. to give me that EXTRA low clearance that I will need

Crack on the bumper.. but this bumper has a week or two left on this car

Car as it sits now.. will have alot changed shortly.. just in the middle of tunning and IC piping and what not to be done

The easiest but yet practical way to upgrade your reverse light output

First Unclip the lights and get a standard H1 Hi-beam light

2nd push up the green wire cut remove wire and spring.. Then take some plyers needle nose are good.. clap down on the silver part and twist it out of the housing

remove the black wire. clip the pieces of plastic except for One where the H1 bulb can fit down into.. take a saw or a small file and file out the bottom of the plastic part. but NOT all the way.. just to get the two prongs through.

Then clip the wires for the H1 off a spare or junked car.. Solder them onto the green and black wires to clip on .. so now you have removable H1 set and can change out if you dont like.

Oh yea forgot to mention.. I took a grinder to the round metal part of the Bulb itself just to cut it down ALITTLE so it fit nicely in the housing.
Car was not operational but will give light differences when I have a chance...

If any of you know.. JAPAN is SUPER dark at night .. they dont believe in streetlight for most part and my driveway is like a small little maze in the dark with Tinted windows I need that extra light.. Not worried about heat of melting the plastic or anything.. cause your REV lights are not on that much..

Update on car.. its getting the FMIC pipes custom made and oil cooler with element relocator is getting put in along with the D-jetro boost kit Pfc and Xcel tunning from URAS.

Gauges will be here anyday

Aero should be at the shop tomorrow

then paint

**** so close but so far away

I WANNA DRIVE !!!!!
