My Project Car

Well here's my new project car. It's a '90 240sx hatchback 5-speed. My intent for the car, is for it to be a daily driver, SCCA Solo2, Drag racer. I've set a cap on my spending to $9000 hopefully I wont go over.

I will post pictures every time I do something to it.

Mods should go like this..

1) Re-paint (stock white) and fix some minor rust issues. <--I live in hawaii

2) Tint

3) Brake upgrade

4) Coil overs and suspension upgrades

5) wheels and tires

6) SR swap

7) CF Hood and weight reduction

8) Front mount intercooler

How do you like it out there? Is it easy to find a job? My friend might have something going on out there, and I was planning on moving with him, but I would like to know if its gonna be easy to live or not. But I guess if your on the base then you dont really have to worry about that do you?

sorry, but i dont see this happening. AutoX and drag are very different, and demand different setups. im sure once you get into the corners you wont think about going back to straight lines though.

with your list you can easily go over $9k. (please dont cut corners)

oh and nice car by the way. Zenki owns.
