well, first you need to cut the stock amber lenses off (dremel tool works well, then sand and bits that are left. buy some clear acrylic prismatic pannel (homedepot). make a stencil using your old lamps and cut the pannel accordingly. cut the new lenses and seal it up with some HIGH quality silicone (black or clear) theres not really much to this here is someone elses write up: http://www.aus300zxclub.com/tech/tai.../taillight.htm the 240 however does not have the clear lense over the amber part so you will not have to bake them. :thumb: ps im gunna try this maybe ill do a write up in the near future.
